Julio and Maria Duque have been successful restaurateurs for over 30 years. Before opening Julio's in 1997, they owned and operated Rose's Restaurant in Oxford for 10 years. Their professionalism, knowledge and passion for the business is exemplary.
Julio's willingness to keep current is a major part of their continued success. Julio, himself, takes pride in seeking out the best and freshest ingredients for his cooking while keeping abreast of the dining experience by taking viniculture classes. This enables him to offer the perfect compliment of wine selections to his dishes.
The menu is a marriage of old style dishes coupled with new Mediterranean fusions.
